Professionals organize the program for you. You can find the cancellation and change conditions below, which we have determined so that they are not victims in case of any time change, date change and cancellation. Note: In regular services, if you want to cancel your service without receiving the first 4 services, the price difference between the regular and one-time services for the services you have received will be deducted from your credit card. Don't forget that if you cancel your regular order with a discount code, the discount difference will be deducted from your card! Regular services are charged to your card the day before the service. In order to cancel your regular requests, you can cancel the discounts you benefit from via your user panel on our website at the latest one day before your new periodic request. If the periodic request is canceled on the last day, the amount withdrawn the day before will not be refunded.

Free Time and Date Change Terms

There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time. For cancellations made between 24-72 hours, 40% of the total fee will be deducted as cancellation/withdrawal/service fee and the remaining amount will be refunded. For cancellations made more than 72 hours, the full fee will be refunded. For refunds that do not reach your bank or card, please contact us.
